General Terms

1. Enrollment & Registration
   • New Students/parents must complete registration before starting lessons.
   • Contact information must be up-to-date.
2. Payment Policy
   • Fees are payable in advance: 5 hours for private lessons, 15 hours for group lessons.
   • No refunds for missed lessons for group classes.
   • Fees are non-refundable, except where the tutor cancels the lesson and cannot reschedule.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   •  Cancellations, for private tuitions, must be made by the student with at least 24 hours notice.
   • Lessons canceled without notice will be charged in full.
   • Rescheduling is subject to the tutor’s availability.
   • If rescheduling is not possible due to the tutor’s availability, a refund will be issued for the cancelled lesson.
   • If the tutor cancels, the student will be offered a rescheduled lesson or a refund.                            
   • If a student cancels their enrollment before attending any lessons, a refund may be granted, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
   • After lessons have commenced, fees are non-refundable except where the tutor cancels and cannot reschedule.

4. Attendance & Punctuality
   • Students must attend on time.
   • Lessons will finish at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
   • The tutor will keep attendance records of each lesson. This will serve as an official record in case of any dispute regarding attendance or missed lessons.
5. Materials
   • The tutor will provide teaching materials
6. Progress & Communication
   • Regular updates will be provided to parents/guardians (if applicable).
   • Open communication is encouraged for feedback and concerns.
7. Technical Requirements
   • The student must have a stable internet connection, device, and necessary Browser/software.
   • The tutor is not responsible for technical issues on the student side.
8. Governing Law
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brunei.

9. Additional Terms for Group Tuitions

1. Class Size
   • Group tuition will run only if a minimum of 2 students enroll.
   • The maximum group size will be 6 to maintain the quality of learning.
2. Missed Classes
   • Fees are non-refundable if a student misses a group class.
   • Catch-up materials may be provided.

10. Trial Lesson

1. A 40-minute trial session will be offered at the start of a new package for new students enrolling in the group classes.
2. A 30-minute trial session will be offered at the start of the new package for new students enrolling for private tuition.

11. Agreement By enrolling in tuition, the student/parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
